The Brief
The project consists of the comprehensive renovation of an office in Cornellà de Llobregat with the aim of transforming a traditional work environment into a modern, dynamic, and collaborative space. From the outset, the team focused on reinterpreting the office as a place for interaction and well-being, capable of reflecting the values of innovation, openness, and efficiency that define the client.
Project Scope
The design process began with a detailed analysis of the existing space, identifying opportunities to optimize the layout and maximize the natural light from the large windows. The proposal is structured around transparency and visual connection between teams, without sacrificing areas that ensure privacy and concentration.
The main work area is designed as an open and fluid space, complemented by a closed meeting room that is visually connected to the operational area, thanks to the use of glazed enclosures that balance openness and acoustic privacy.
The mezzanine incorporates a rest area conceived as a point of disconnection and informal dialogue, with views over the ground floor that reinforce the feeling of spaciousness and connection between the different levels.
The selection of materials and furniture responds to a criterion of balance between functionality and warmth: light surfaces, natural textures, and lighting that enhances the feeling of comfort and concentration.
The result is a flexible, bright, and human work environment, where design and ergonomics combine to promote productivity and daily well-being.
Between natural light, transparency, and warm materials, the space is transformed into an environment that inspires collaboration, balance, and a new way of inhabiting work.
