The Brief
The project involves the comprehensive renovation of the headquarters of a safe deposit box rental company in the center of Barcelona. The intervention stems from the need to create a modern, functional, and highly secure environment that reflects the professionalism and reliability of the service. Through precise architecture and a technical selection of materials and systems, the aim was to balance technology, comfort, and a solid corporate image.
Project Scope
The design arises from a detailed analysis of operational and customer service needs. The main service booth is located on the ground floor, equipped with state-of-the-art technology to guarantee security and privacy in each interaction. Its transparent and controlled design reinforces the feeling of trust without sacrificing aesthetics.
The operational part of the business is developed in the basement, which includes private boxes and meeting rooms that are completely soundproofed, designed to offer maximum discretion. The selected materials—metallic surfaces, lacquered panels, and technical flooring—are chosen for their durability and their ability to transmit rigor and visual cleanliness.
Security is the central axis of the project. Advanced video surveillance, access control, and intelligent flow management systems have been integrated, guaranteeing reliable and efficient operation.
Architecture, technology, and security are integrated to create a space where trust is perceived in every detail, and design becomes synonymous with precision and reliability.
