The project is organized across two levels with complementary functions and a coherent spatial narrative. On the ground floor, the Sport Bar is conceived as a dynamic and social gathering place, equipped with large-format screens, modular furniture, and a bar designed for efficient service. The warm, informal atmosphere, enhanced by textured materials and ambient lighting, transforms the space into a lively hub during the day and a vibrant gathering spot at night. Above it, the rooftop becomes the social heart of the project. This open-air space offers spectacular views and an atmosphere designed for after-work gatherings, private events, screenings, or casual get-togethers. Outdoor bars, lounge areas, and adaptable furniture combine to create a flexible environment that embodies the Californian lifestyle. At the same time, the coworking space integrates seamlessly into the complex, visually connecting with the outdoor setting and fostering a natural transition between professional and social spaces. The design embraces a contemporary aesthetic with industrial touches and warm materials, creating a balance between urban energy and comfort. The result is a vibrant, hybrid space that reflects the way Los Angeles lives, works, and connects.
